Singapore's Creative Technology has scored a big out-of-court settlement in its patent lawsuit against Apple.

It looks like the first Release Candidate of Internet Explorer 7 will arrive this Thursday morning Pacific Time, which would be some time very early Friday morning New Zealand time, as we live in the future unlike our American cousins.
