I've often wondered why popular politico blogger David Farrar went with the dull-sounding Kiwiblog instead of the TLA that everyone knows him by, which is DPF. Nobody calls him "David" and hardly anyone knows him as "Farrar" either.

So, sitting here with brain in idle, I typed in into the browser. I think I know now why David didn't go with that particular domain name...


Update: is probably not compatible with David's policy views either.
