Well, that certainly beats paying thousands for full-rate DSL or using the upstream-crippled 128k variety but:
- What's there to differentiate between Telecom and TCL's DSL? The price is the same, the speeds are the same, the data caps are the same. Do customers get a static IP address even?
- Service level guarantees... I guess there aren't any.
- You have to spend $20 in tolls a month, otherwise the above prices go up by $10.
- 2¢ per MB excess usage charge!
