Outrageously camp football referee caught on camera

We saw plenty of controversial refereeing in the World Cup 2006 games, some of which appeared to decide the outcome of the games much to the chagrin of players and fans alike.

However, there was nobody like the football adjudicator in the video below. He takes the perhaps mundane task of ensuring a fair game of soccer, and turns it into... well, I wouldn't call it ballet, or even art, but it is certainly lively. Flair, even.
